Knife Defense

The knife defense course has been put together to give security, police and military a realistic defenses against a knife attack. A lot of the techniques the instructor has learned from real world experiences. The instructor shows the difference between real and fantasy knife defense. The defensive techniques can be incorporated in to other self defense training the student has taken.

Course Outline

• Understanding the realities of a knife attack
• Defenses against a stab or thrust
• Defenses against overhand or reverse grip attack
• Slashing attacks
• Defenses against knife attacks while on the ground and if taken hostage with a knife.
• With this intensive course, the instructor gives some of the most important information about knife defense, and that is how to avoid a knife attack.
